PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Watkins Realty Group offers premier assistance and materials to help you get your California real estate license. The state of California requires you to show proof of completion of three courses prior to taking the state exam. The two mandatory courses – Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practice – plus one elective course will fulfill that requirement. For the elective, we offer Legal Aspects of Real Estate, as we believe it is the most relevant.
We offer both live real estate classes each quarter.
For those who prefer the fast-track, we offer a home study courses through our San Diego Real Estate School.
