Our next WRG Training meeting will be on Wednesday, July 11 at 6 pm.

The meeting will be held at the Black Horse Pub in the Hotel Karlan.

Our main topic for the evening will be our bi-monthly “Goal Setting and Execution.” So come prepared to discuss:

• Your current goals (next 2 months)
• Recent action you’ve taken over the past 2 months to execute your last stated goals.

Your goals can be moderate or lofty. What matters is that you have clearly defined goals and you are taking action steps to move forward with your goals.

New agent goals may include things like:

• Assembling your database of sphere of influence contacts
• Sending out your introductory email, postcard, letter, etc. – letting everyone know you are a practicing licensed agent!
• Assembling a homebuyer package (homebuyer criteria handout, BRE, purchase template, etc.)

Agents who have been around longer may include things like:

• Developing new marketing strategies
• Developing new marketing skills/tools (public speaking, phone scripts, handling objections, etc.)
