About the Speaker:
Lance Growth is Asset Exchange Company’s Business Development Director in San Diego. Lance found his passion for the legal mechanics behind property and contract law while attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA. He quickly realized that his ability to identify the legal and financial liabilities involved in the conveyance of a property was more than a skill, it was a passion. With that, he helped start an investment company called Domain Holdings, a venture that quickly shed light on his desire to master the mechanical procedures involved in commercial real estate transactions and pursue a career in real estate and tax law.

Following law school, Lance spent time at McKenna Long & Aldridge and at a large 1031 Exchange Accommodator where he honed his skills in property law and 1031 Exchange. An experienced 1031 exchange professional, Lance educates and develops relationships in the real estate community to ensure that the benefits of utilizing Asset Exchange Company’s services are known .
