Gregg Watkins and his Partner Art Haffling bought this house, and will be remodeling it from top to bottom as a Fix and Flip.

And we are looking to invite some people to the house at the beginning of the project so they can see the “before” condition prior to the “after” rehab when it is ready to go back on the market. We’ll discuss our plans, and also hear from attendees as to “What would you do?”
